Which NinjaTrader version do you support?

At this time, only the NinjaTrader 8 trading platform is supported. This includes both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of NinjaTrader 8.

How Do I Install NinjaTrader?

NinjaTrader has a very helpful installation guide for installing NinjaTrader 8. If you have any problems at all with installing NinjaTrader 8, feel free to contact [email protected].

How Do I Install the Whale Trail Indicator?

After your Free Trial registration or purchased version of the Whale Trail Indicator, you will receive the Whale Trail Indicator Official Guide containing very detailed instructions on downloading and installing the indicator. If you have any problems at all with installing or operating the Whale Trail Indicator, please feel free to contact [email protected].

Payments
What Form of Payment Do You Accept?

Whale Trail Trading currently processes payments through PayPal and accepts all major credit cards (also processed through PayPal) for payments.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

If you choose to cancel your subscription, please send an email to [email protected] with 'Cancel Subscription' in the subject line and your name, address, email address, and NinjaTrader 8 Machine ID in the body of the email message. 

What is Your Refund Policy?

Cancellation/Refund Policy For Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Any cancellations made will not have any prorated refunds; instead, the subscription will discontinue at the end of the monthly ​billing cycle in which the cancellation occurred.
